Tech Lead - Project Management & Finance Platform
Role
Tech Lead and Team Lead at a New York-based startup since February 2025. Responsible for the full engineering stack, team coordination, and product delivery.
What I Do
- Define and own the technical architecture for a project management and finance platform
- Lead a team of engineers through sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring
- Ship features end-to-end, from database schema to production deploy
- Leverage AI-driven development workflows (Claude Code, Codex, AI agents) to move at startup speed
- Build with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Why It Matters
